We are the McSweeneys–John, Chris, Daniel (18), Lillian (16), Bethany (15), and Sarah (13). Oh, and HoneyBelle, our 4yo yellow lab.

Our One-Year RV Adventure Around the US of A

In January 2017, we purchased and moved into an Open Range 427BHS (fifth wheel bunkhouse). During the winter and spring we pared down our belongings and sold our house in Maryland. June marks the start of one year on the road, embracing a simplified life with a focus on family, exploring, and learning all we can about our great country and the amazing people who fill it.  Join with us in the days to come as we “take our home on the range”!
